what is defined as a full sized mens bike?

   I’m not aware of any official definition. It is probably used by X-Mart et al, to denote 26″ or larger wheels, since those low-end BSOs (bicycle-shaped objects) don’t come in an assortment of sizes like real adults do. In reality, there’s no such thing as one-size-fits-all-adults, so the term is meaningless.
