I am from Canada and LOVE for people to come here and enjoy this wonderful place. I would suggest Montreal as a beautiful destination. However!!!! Visiting in the winter is great if you like winter, but tourism can be rather limited in these months. Would you not prefer a vacation in the spring, summer or fall?

I don’t know what the future holds, but I will see him in about five weeks at a friend’s wedding. There has been some talk of taking a road trip together in the summer. I’m planning on moving to Seattle, where I have many friends, but also where his family lives… so I’d get to see him on holidays.
