since you're wanting a jacket potato, i'd suggest plopping it in the oven on 400 for about an hour, that way it'll be really soft..i don't know about the microwave..unless it's a convectional..you can set it to 400 and do the same thing. for about 10 minutes.

And then there are people who should be diagnosed but haven’t been… A few years ago I worked with a guy who had some particularly interesting personality flaws… while surfing the web one night I ended up on a page about Asperger’s which I had never heard of before. It had a list of all these things to look for and some personality profiles as examples of different “levels” of affectedness. It was so odd reading it because the guy had about 80% of the “symptoms” and descriptions on that page. I really wanted to send that to him and tell him to go talk to a doctor about it, but couldn’t figure out how to do it without embarrassing both of us. He could have used the help and understanding though. It would have made his life much easier, I think… He had a hard time working with people even though he was a really sharp guy.

Several options come to mind. The most comfortable, but expensive are those life jackets (PFD's we call them nowadays) that are intended for kyaking because they bend easily at the waist . I found some nice ordinary (not kayak type) ones at a remarkably low price at Wal-Mart. Don't bother with the horse collars, you and your guests are less likely to use them. I found West Marine was not a good place to shop for PFD's on account of price. The life jacket coats are good if it isn't too hot, but you will probably be sailing in what we call summer here in the pacific northwest, so a nylon life jacket that fits around your torso is best. They make some for women that allow more chest area too. The ones that have a panel of nylon (not just strings) on the sides are better in cold water, but hard to find.
Good Luck. Try to keep the boat upright, but always wear your PFD in case you get hit by the boom and thrown overboard! If you are new to this may I suggest the Royce handbook of sailing. it is little, but full of great information.

$10 to $15 dollars labor, plus price of tube (about $6) most shops make their livings with repeat customers, and will not try and rip you off. if the mechanic says the tire needs to be replaced because of a large gash, worn out tread, or cracking due to dryness, ask him to show you. new tires for that kind of bike usually start at around $12. he or she may be trying to make more money, but they also have the safety of your kid in mind as well. believe me, people in bike shops are not getting rich!

I'm not a leather expert so there may be something else out there but that sounds the best to me as well.
Don't sharpen and heavily oil the knife before you do this to fight rust and then sharpen the knife after wards.
