is a 35 inch standover height for a mens road bike a proper fitting for a guy who is 6′ft 2 inches?

I dunno if pant sizes can help in this situation but I wear a standard 32,34 for pant sizing if that is of any help....I'm not sure what I need to measure to get a proper fitting for a bike
